An insurant previously purchases a prepaid card carrying a specific card identification number and transmits numerical signals representing the card identification number, a post code, an address number, sex, and birthday of the insurant to a management side interchange server storing insurance information matching the card identification number and post code data from a telephone terminal. The insurance information, the insurant information, history information including the connection date are related mutually while using the card identification number as a key. When the insurance contents, the insurant, and the contract date for each card are specified, the insurance contact is made.
