This intake device for the internal combustion engine 1 includes: the intake port 12; a tumble control valve (TCV) 20 rotated around a rotating axis Ax set on one side of the inner wall of the intake port 12 and having a valve element 20a with an adjustable opening; a first fuel injection valve 21 provided on the other side of the inner wall and injecting fuel F1 toward a downstream side in an intake flowing direction in the intake port 12; and a second fuel injection valve 22 provided on one side of the inner wall and injection fuel F2 toward an area A1 behind the valve element 20a when the valve element 20a is viewed from an upstream side in the intake flowing direction in the intake port 12.
