Title:
INTEGRAL FLUIDIZED-BED BOILER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08178201
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To effectively utilize the waste heat of the exhaust gas and make compact an integral fluidized-bed boiler with good efficiency in combustion and incineration.

CONSTITUTION: A fluidized-bed boiler has in the part above an air chamber 10 a combustion chamber (lower combustion chamber 30 and/or upper combustion chamber 60) for the fluidized combustion of a material fed to be burnt and a water-cooled wall 40 for the furnace wall and is circular in cross section. At the top of this fluidized-bed boiler a steam water separator 70 is placed, to which each of cooling-water tubes 41 forming the water-cooled wall 40 is connected in a manner of communicating therewith. A waste-heat boiler 100 or 110 is placed, which comprises an annular group of water tubes as a device for recovering waste heat set inside a passageway 80 for the exhaust gas from the combustion and communicating with exhaust-gas outlets 44 provided at the outer periphery of the combustion chamber. A fuel-feeding pipe 130 is also laid inside the exhaust-gas passageway 80.
