Title:
INTEGRALLY CONCRETE-PLACING CONSTRUCTION FOR RISE SECTION AND BEARING SECTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH04111863
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To shorten a placing time and obtain homogeneous concrete without generating cold joints by placing concrete from a rise section form, and by filling up the rise section form and a foundation section form, with the concrete at the same time.

CONSTITUTION: The expanded metals 5 of porous weir material are arranged over the whole surfaces of the opening surfaces of opening sections 3. After that, from the upper section of a wall form 1, concrete is placed, and the wall form 1 and an underground beam form 2 are filled up with the concrete. The concrete with which the underground beam form 2 is filled up is pressed by the load of the concrete with which the wall form 1 is filled up, and is forced to jet from the opening sections 3, but by the expanded metal 5, proper passing resistance is applied to, and without jetting, partial concrete passes the expanded metals 5. The concrete passed the expanded metal 5 is uniformed by plastering work, and an underground beam is formed in a state that the expanded metal 5 is embedded in. Accordingly, via the wall form 1, the concrete can be placed in the underground beam form 2 at the same time, and the concrete of the wall and the underground beam can be integrally formed.
