PURPOSE: To provide an integrated circuit device using a superconducting wiring capable of prevention of the malfunction of an integrated circuit without lowering static dielectricity even when abnormal voltage is applied to an input terminal, and hence capable of realization of stabilization of the operation of the integrated circuit.

CONSTITUTION: In an integrated circuit device including electrostatic breakdown protective element where a wiring is formed using a superconductor, a power supply wire and a ground wire are constructed with a material which is in an ordinary conduction state at the operation temperature of the integrated circuit device.
