PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve controllability of system gas pressure.SOLUTION: A facility comprises: a first control unit 60 for determining flow rate of temporary oxidizer to be put into a gasification furnace on the basis of a difference in pressure between a target pressure of combustible gas determined based on a demand command of a generator output and a measured pressure measured by a pressure measuring unit, and a demand load of the gasification furnace determined depending on the demand command of the generator output; a tuning parameter determination unit 70 for determining a tuning parameter of oxidizer following a difference in pressure; and a second control unit 80 for determining flow rate of oxidizer to be put into the gasification furnace on the basis of the temporary flow rate of the oxidizer and the tuning parameter of the oxidizer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
