To share and use stored data individually stored by plural browsers.
In an integrated managing method of bookmarks between plural browsers in an internet and intranet system, a shared bookmark file 17 to store an URL(uniform resource locator) to be shared and used by plural browsers 1, 2 is set, the URL to be shared and used by plural browsers is stored in the shared bookmark file 17 in a specified form and when the URL stored in the shared bookmark file 17 is used by each browser, the URL is used by being converted into the form corresponding to each browser.
