Abstract:
To provide an integrated mold closely sticking a cooling plate on a bottom surface of the mold and its manufacturing method.
In the integrated mold 14 constituted of the mold 1 and the cooling plate 4 closely stuck to the bottom surface 9 of the mold, the closely stuck surface to the bottom surface 9 of the mold of the above cooling plate 4 is a cast surface in perfect contact with the bottom surface of the mold, and the integrated mold is manufactured by casting so that molten cooling plate material is brought into direct contact with the bottom surface of the mold.
