Abstract:
PURPOSE: To operate a station with efficiency in the highest level by combining the function of a processor means with a telephone communicating means without interrupting each operation of the processor means and the telephone communicating means. CONSTITUTION: An integrated voice data work station 10 is constituted of a digital and/or analog telephone communication set 12, processing and calculation platform 14, keyboard 16, and display 18. The platform 14 is provided with a processor means for processing data inputted from the keyboard 16, and a telephone communicating means connected to the processor means for transmitting and receiving remote communication. Moreover, the work station is provided with a co-processor means for combining the function of the processor means with the telephone communicating means without interrupting each operation of the processor means and the telephone communicating means. Thus, the station can be operated with efficiency in the highest level.
