Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can use a computer telephony integration(CTI) function as it is even if an extension is occupied when a transmission is performed with the extension and can be connected as it is when the extension becomes empty.
SOLUTION: When an incoming call arrives at a telephone terminal 30 and the telephone terminal 30 is busy, a connection switch function part 1 informs a CTI connection management function part 3 that this happens. The CTI connection management function part 3 indicates a CTI function part 4 provide CTI services. A call line monitoring function part 2 monitors emptiness of an extension line 40 by an indication of the connection switch function part 13 and, informs the CTI connection management function part 3 when it becomes empty. The CTI connection management function part 3 indicates the CTI function part 4 to stop the CTI services and, at the same time, indicates the connection switch function part 1 to perform connection switch of the extension line 40.
