Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an intention transmitter for people, with which smoother and more intimate communication of intention can be attained by utilizing body gesture, on the basis of common share of a conversation rhythm.
SOLUTION: This intention transmitter consists of a voice transmission reception section 9, a common use robot 2, a listener control section 4, a talker control section 3. The voice transmission reception section 9 transits/receives a voice signal such as conversation, the common use robot 2 behaves a head nodding, a mouth opening a winding, or a gesture in response to the voice signal, the hearer control section 4 decides the behavior of the common use robot 2 as a listener from the voice signal sent through the transmission reception section 9 to activate the common use robot 2, then the talker control section 3 decides the behavior of the common use robot 2 as a talker from the voice signal received by the transmission reception section 9 to activate the common use robot 2.
