Abstract:
PURPOSE:To increase the processing speed by performing a signal interruption to a reception process from a transmission process and writing the signal to be transmitted to a pipe set between the transmission and reception processes in the transmission process. CONSTITUTION:A communication control process CC receives an alarm signal from an exchange processor 40 and performs a signal interruption to an inter- process execution control process EP to write the alarm signal into a pipe P. In the process EP, the alarm signal is read out of the pipe P with detection of the signal interruption and the end of reception is informed to the process CC with the signal interruption. Furthermore the signal interruption and a writing action to the pipe P are carried out in the process EP so that the received alarm signal is sent to an alarm control process AP. In the process AP, the alarm signal is read and sent to a printer 20 and a signal interruption is carried out to inform the end of reception to the process EP.
