PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform real time interactions on a Web browser widely utilized at present without using dedicated client software.
SOLUTION: A server 1 and a Web client 2 are connected through a network 3, the connection of the server 1 and the Web browser 8 is maintained and standby is performed after the speech information of an operator A is transmitted from the Web browser 8 of the Web client 2 to the server 1 until the reply information of the operator B is inputted and the reply information is immediately returned from the server 1 to the Web browser 8 when it is inputted. Thus, the real time interaction is performed on the Web browser 8 without preparing the dedicated client software in the Web client 2.
