Abstract:
To solve a problem in which, in conventional art, equipment is basically installed in each of all residents when newly built, with consideration given exclusively to delivery companies, resulting in a narrow application range.SOLUTION: An intercom status transmission device is a call control system retrofittable to a position near an intercom, and includes: a registration information storage unit that registers a telephone number of a resident's information terminal; a camera, a microphone, and a speaker provided to monitor an area around the intercom when a visitor makes a call; and a video and audio storage unit records each of a video and a sound. The intercom status transmission device can respond in real time providing the resident with various pieces of information, using data from a SIM card, and store each information later so as to be checked later, as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
