Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To function an entrance slave unit as outdoor information collection means if a power failure occurs during occurrence of a disaster, to always sound-record and video-record a status of an entrance periphery for a contribution to rescue operation, and to sound-record and replay a message.SOLUTION: When a power failure of a trunk line L is detected by a trunk line voltage monitoring unit 36, a CPU 37 of a sound-recording and video-recording device 3 controls a battery 4 and supplies electric power to an entrance slave unit 2. When a microphone 23 and a camera 21 of the entrance slave unit 2 operate, the CPU 37 stores received sound and video in a sound-recording and video-recording memory 35. When a resident or a passer-by speaks while depressing a message button 31, the CPU 37 of the sound-recording and video-recording device 3 stores sound input from the microphone 23 in the sound-recording and video-recording memory 35 as a message. When a replay button 32 is depressed, the CPU 37 reads the message from the sound-recording and video-recording memory 35 and causes the message to be output from a speaker 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
