Abstract:
To improve the degree of freedom in how visitors are treated.SOLUTION: An intercom system 100 includes a reception control unit 7. The reception control unit 7 controls reception information. The reception information is information output from a handset 1 before a receptionist starts talking to a visitor visiting a collective facility that has a plurality of facilities, in order to prompt the visitor to input predetermined information that is notified to the receptionist by one of a plurality of base units 2 installed in the collective facility and provided in each of the plurality of facilities. The predetermined information includes the visitor's name or attributes. The handset 1 is an apparatus that is installed in the collective facility and communicates with one of the plurality of base units 2 installed in each of the plurality of facilities. In any one of the plurality of base units 2, output of information including the predetermined information and output of a calling tone are alternately repeated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
