Disclosed are an interference processing method, apparatus and system, and a storage medium, belonging to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: determining a downlink reference signal receiving power (RSRP) boundary value of a cell; receiving a downlink RSRP measurement value reported by a user equipment (UE); and when the downlink RSRP measurement value is less than the downlink RSRP boundary value, migrating the UE out of the cell.
