A tonneau cover 1, which is interior equipment for a vehicle, comprises: a knitted fabric sheet body 10 having a pair of ground textures formed in a lattice pattern and a plurality of light intercepting layers, which are formed into a planar configuration by alternately weaving connection yarns in the warp direction between stitch rows of the ground textures and arranged in the weft direction at predetermined intervals; and support bodies 11 and 12, which are fixed so as to hold the knitted fabric sheet body 10 at least over a whole width along the stitch rows. While the support bodies 11 and 12 are attached inside a vehicle and the knitted fabric sheet body 10 is provided in a tensioned state, the stitch rows of the knitted fabric sheet body 10 are linearly arranged and the light intercepting layers are set at a predetermined tilt angle.
