The interior sheet has a surface layer that comprises a resin composition containing 5-60 pts.wt. of a plasticizer, 1-10 pts.wt. of a silicone based copolymer and less than 50 pts.wt. of a filler with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin. The silicone based copolymer is a silicone-acrylic copolymer. An arithmetic average roughness Ra of the surface layer is 1-15 μm.
