CONSTITUTION: Lining such as door header lining 5 provided in the passenger compartment of a rolling stock is formed of nonflammable material as a base, and the base is provided with small holes 12a, 12b. Embedded fiber is installed being turned around the small holes 12a, 12b, and pile fiber is installed being embedded on the base surface.
