Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a three-dimensional trim which is lightweight and easy to produce by fixing a composite sheet to the necessary section of a permeable substrate, coating it with a foaming synthetic resin sheet, and providing a high- frequency welder deposited section on the edge section of this resin sheet. CONSTITUTION:First, a composite sheet 2 made of a fiber sheet 2a and a thick film 2b is fixed to the necessary section of a permeable substrate 1, then a foaming synthetic resin sheet 3 is coated and fixed. The edge section of the composite sheet 2 is pinched by high-frequency welders 4a, 4b with a cutter 4c, and the foaming synthetic resin sheet 3 on the composite sheet 2 is cut while three of them are stuck. Accordingly, a three-dimensional stereoscopic trim can be easily produced. In this case, no steel plate is used, thus a lightweight product can be obtained as a whole.
