Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a strong ordinary temperature adhesiveness relative to a wide variety of substances capable of being glued at a low temperature and low adhesive forces as low as possible by press bonding forces by the use of a multi-layered laminate comprising a skin material, thermoplastic resin, and base board material, which employs a specific polyolefin resin composite as an adhesive layer.
CONSTITUTION: In a multi-layered laminate consisting of a skin material, thermoplastic resin, and base board material, a polyolefin resin composite is obtained by blending the following 1-3 substances; (1) an ethylenic copolymer consisting of a multi component made up of ethylene and radical polymeric acid anhydride and other radical polymeric comonomer, wherein the ratio of unit originated from the radical polymeric acid anhydride is 0.1-5wt.% and the ratio of unit originated from the other radical polymeric comonomer is 3-50wt.%, (2) polyolefin resin having a melting point of 100°C or higher, and (3) a metallic salt of organic carboxylic acid.
