Abstract:
To provide an IL-2 mutein that are amenable to large scale production and have pharmacological activity, an anti-IL-2 antibody, and a method for making an anti-IL-2 antibody/IL-2 complex, and a method for using the same.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a human IL-2 mutein that comprises a specific sequence and preferentially stimulates T regulatory cells relative to other T cells or NK cells both in in vitro assays and in humanized mice (NSG mice reconstituted with CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells).SELECTED DRAWING: None
