Title:
INTERLINKED MAGNETIC FLUX CONTROLLED TRANSFORMER DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3343083
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control voltage over a wide range, independently of the existence and power factor of a load without preparing a tap for adjusting the voltage of a transformer.
SOLUTION: A 1st magnetic circuit is constituted in that cut faces 15 of 1st and 2nd U-shaped cut cores 13, 11 are made to face opposite each other, and one cut core is brought into contact with the other in a state rotated by 90° in a twisting direction, and a 2nd magnetic circuit is similarly constituted in that the cut faces 20 of 3rd and 4th U-shaped cut cores 18, 16 are opposed to each other in the similar twisted contact state. A common primary winding 14 is wound around 1st and 3rd cores 13, 18, a secondary winding 19 is wound around the 3rd core 18, a leaked magnetic flux controlling winding 12 is wound around the 2nd core 11, and a main magnetic flux control winding 17 is wound around the 4th core 16. The exciting current values of the windings 17, 12 are set up to respectively different values, the magnetic resistance values of the primary winding 14 in the 1st and 2nd magnetic circuits are changed and interlinked magnetic flux between the primary winding 14, and the secondary winding 19 is controlled to continuously change a secondary winding voltage e2.
