Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain an interlock control method by which a collision between carrying devices having mechanism interfering with each other can be validly and efficiently avoided. CONSTITUTION:Memory information such as the position information and movement information of each carrying mechanism, is used as a shared resource, to access based on an exclusive control, and the operating state of the other carrying device is obtained based on the memory information. When the danger of the collision with the other carrying device is noticed, an interlock processing is operated, and when the danger of the collision is avoided, the interlock is released, and the carrying operation is executed. Moreover, when the position of the carrying destination is pertinent to the position of an interference with the other carrying device, it is judged by performing the access to the shared resource based on the exclusive control, and the saving movement is operated.
