This interlock device for a safety fence door is characterized by having a handle provided in the safety rack door, a lock mechanism locking a position of the handle when the safety rack door is placed in an opened or closed condition, an unlock mechanism unlocking the lock, a door opening detection means detecting the opened condition of the safety fence door, a door closing detection means detecting the closed condition of the safety fence door, and an electric circuit outputting a signal making operation capable to a machine tool or the like only when a detected signal of the door closing detection means is turned on and a detected signal of the door opening detection means is turned off.
