Abstract:
To provide an intermediate transfer belt which achieves both high transfer properties and high durability, and a method for manufacturing the intermediate transfer belt.SOLUTION: An intermediate transfer belt 1 including at least a base material 2 has a relative dielectric constant of 13 or more and tensile rupture stress of 80 Mpa or more. In the intermediate transfer belt 1, the base material 2 contains a resin and a dielectric filler, and an aspect ratio of the dielectric filler is 1.5 or more. In the intermediate transfer belt 1, a content of the dielectric filler with respect to 100 pts.mass of the resin is more than 10 pts.mass and less than 40 pts.mass. In the intermediate transfer belt 1, the relative dielectric constant of the dielectric filler is 100 or more. In the intermediate transfer belt 1, the relative dielectric constant is 15 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
