To provide an intermediate transfer recording medium by which a frame-less printed matter, for which an image is formed on the total surface of the printing surface without generating a blank on the edge of the printed matter, can stably be prepared, and to provide its manufacturing method, and an image forming method.
This intermediate transfer recording medium 1 keeps a sheet base material on which a resin layer is installed overlying a transparent sheet on which a dye accepting layer is installed, and the resin layer is separated from the transparent sheet, and the transparent sheet having the dye accepting layer transferred to a body to be transferred. The intermediate transfer recording medium 1 is under a continuous configuration in the length direction. A half-cut process 6 is applied to the transparent sheet section including the dye accepting layer. On at least one side in the flowing direction of the intermediate transfer recording medium 1, holes 7 which engage with protuberances being installed on a carrying member are formed.
