Title:
INTERMITTENT OZONE SUPPLYING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS57180485
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the accident to the infeasibility of use as a result of intrusion of water into an ozone adsorption and desorption tower by stopping an oxygen supplying device automatically when the oxygen pressure thereof drops down to prescribed pressure.

CONSTITUTION: The oxygen 106 in an oxygen cylinder 16 is supplied through reducing valves 84, 86, to an ozone generator 108. Pressure gages 88, 90, 92 are provided therebetween, and a fault detector 94 is provided to the gage 90. The detector 94 emits an alarm signal 128 when the gage 90 detects the pressure of oxygen 106 below the prescribed value. Otherwise, it transmits a fault detection signal 130 to a controller thereby stopping the operation of the device.
