Title:
INTERMITTENT RECEIVING SYSTEM FOR MOBILE COMMUNICATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2984614
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption of a power battery and to extend the communication time by measuring the temperature for execution of the reception processing and correcting the count value for setting an intermittent receiving cycle based on the clock frequency corresponding to a new monitoring temperature band when the measured temperature exceeds the monitoring temperature band that is set based on a prescribed temperature band section.
SOLUTION: A receiving timing control part 2 counts the oscillation frequency of a low frequency crystal oscillator 5 to generate an intermittent receiving cycle of 1.2 seconds and drives a receiving part 3 in this cycle in a standby state to perform the reception processing of an intermittent receiving operation. An operating temperature/temperature change detection part 6 measures the ambient temperature of the oscillator 5 in each reception processing state and starts a receiving timing correction part 1 when the temperature gets out of the monitoring temperature band that is previously set. The part 1 refers to the temperature characteristic of oscillation frequency of the oscillator 5 that is previously stored and sets the part 2.
