Abstract:
To improve sealability of a seal structure of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A seal structure includes: an annular ring seal 40 which seals an inner periphery part of a combustion chamber; a piston seal 50 which is held by a second wall surface member 28b and seals an area between two combustion chambers located adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction; and a corner seal 60 which is held by a second piston member 28 at a radial inner end part of the second wall surface member 28b and has a seal surface 61 which contacts with the first piston member. The corner seal 60 is formed with a recessed part 65 in which a part of the seal surface 61 is recessed, and the ring seal 40 is disposed in the recessed part 65. The corner seal 60 is formed with an insertion part 64 into which the piston seal 50 is inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
