Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide excellent lubrication operation by suppressing the increase of the oil temperature of working oil to form an oil film on the two sides of two gears and the outer peripheral surface fitted in a fitting-in hole of a drive shaft.
CONSTITUTION: One of the expansion area 28 and the suction port of a confinement chamber partitioned between internal and external tooth gears 7 and 9 is communicated with flow passages 31 and 29 and the other thereof is communicated with flow passages 33 and 30. The flow passages 29 and 30 have dents formed in the end faces of two cover members 3 and 4 positioned facing the two sides of the two gears 7 and 9 and the flow passages 31 and 33 having dents axially formed in the inner peripheral surface of fitting-in holes 12 and 13 in which a drive shaft 11 is fitted. Working oil flowing through the flow passages 29 and 30 form oil films on the two sides of the two gears 7 and 9, and working oil flowing through the flow passages 29 and 30 forms an oil film on the outer peripheral surface of a driven shaft 11. The working oil to form an oil film flows through a low pressure suction port to a negative pressure expansion area 28, a pressure fall is decreased, lowering of viscosity due to the increase of the oil temperature of the working oil is suppressed, and breakage of the oil film is prevented from occurring.
