Abstract:
To provide an internal grinding device that is capable of grinding holes at both ends of a workpiece simultaneously and easily secures dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance with high precision.SOLUTION: An internal grinding device 1 for grinding the inner periphery of a hole of a cylindrical workpiece W comprises: a workpiece support device 20 for rotatably supporting the workpiece W; a first grinding unit 30 arranged at one end side of the workpiece W in order to rotatably support a first grinding wheel 31 to be inserted into the hole of the workpiece W from one end; and a second grinding unit 40 arranged at the other end side of the workpiece W in order to rotatably support a second grinding wheel 41 to be inserted into a hole of the workpiece W from the other end. The first grinding unit 30 and the second grinding unit 40 are respectively movable in a rotation axis direction of the workpiece W and in a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis direction. Accordingly, the holes at both ends of the workpiece W can be ground simultaneously, and dimensional tolerance and geometrical tolerance are secured with high precision.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
