To provide an internal pressure regulation apparatus of a fuel holding part which securely opens and closes an opening part in response to a pressure in the fuel holding part, and to provide a fuel cell including the internal pressure regulation apparatus of the fuel holding part.
The internal pressure regulation apparatus 80 includes: a valve seat 82 formed on an inner wall surface of the fuel holding part 41 around a through port 81 communicating the inside with the outside of the fuel holding part 41 and formed on the fuel holding part 41; a valve element 83 which abuts on the valve seat 82 from an internal side of the fuel holding part 41 and closes the through-port 81; a magnetic field forming member 84 arranged on a valve seat 82 side and acting attracting force by magnetic force between the valve element 83 and valve seat 82; and a valve element support member 85 arranged in a position opposite to the valve seat 82 through the valve element 83, and supporting the valve element 83 when a pressure in the fuel holding part 41 decreases to a predetermined pressure, the valve element 83 separates from the valve seat 82 against the attracting force of the magnetic field forming member 84, and moves to the internal side of the fuel holding part 41.
