A personal computer 6 for the net shop stores the customer information into a customer information database 52 and reads the list of retail shops in the vicinity of the address of the delivery destination from a retail shop information database 51 to the personal computer 2 and transmits the list to allow the customer to determine the name of a retail shop. The net shop 3 requests the transportation of the purchased commodity to the retail shop designated by a maker 7, and the retail shop delivers the purchased merchandise to the customer.
