PURPOSE: To save the wiring, and also, to provide a necessary security function by providing a multiple dwelling entrance unit, a management room unit, and a home unit, providing a terminal equipment in the vicinity of the home unit, and forming a signal line for control of a speech and for an alarm by common feed wiring by a time division multiplex transmission system.
CONSTITUTION: The equipment is provided with a multiple dwelling entrance unit 10 provided with an entrance transmitting/receiving function part and an each dwelling selecting ten-keys switch, and a management room unit 20 provided with a transmitter/receiver, a security display part and an each dwelling selecting ten-keys switch. Also, the equipment is provided with a home unit 30 having a transmitter/receiver, and connected with a fire sensor, a gas sensor, a sensor such as a crime prevention switch, etc., and a door transmitter/ receiver having an alarm informing function. In such a way, the wiring is saved, and also, a security function required for the multiple dwelling house interphone equipment can be provided.
