Abstract:
To provide an interrupter which can reduce a cost of an outside rotating member, and can hold forging performance and welding performance.SOLUTION: In an interrupter 1 having an outside rotating member 3 which is rotatably arranged, an inside rotating member 5 which is relatively rotatably arranged at an internal periphery of the outside rotating member 3, and an interruption part 7 arranged between the outside rotating member 3 and the inside rotating member 5, and interrupting power transmission between the outside rotating member 3 and the inside rotating member 5, the outside rotating member 3 has a housing main body 9 which is arranged so that one end side in an axial direction is formed into a bottomed shape, the other end side in the axial direction is opened, and the interruption part 7 is engaged, and a cover body 15 for blocking an opening 11 of the housing main body 9, and fixed to the housing main body 9 via a weld part 13. The housing main body 9 and the cover body 15 are composed of aluminum alloys containing at least silicon, and the cover body 15 contains a large quantity of silicon more than the housing main body 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
