Each of printing units 20A, 20B contains an ink arrangement 36 having ink rollers 38 arranged in a row so as to transfer aq. printing ink Q from an ink fountain 40 to a plate cylinder 22. The aq. printing ink Q is intermittently transferred to the ink roller row 38 by an ink ductor 44 to be supplied to the image line part of a waterless plate 46 and transferred to the ink receiving blanket 47 mounted on a rubber cylinder 24 from the waterless plate 46 and the ink image line transferred to the blanket is transferred to a base material S when the base material S is fed through the nip between an impression cylinder 26 and the blanket 47. The ink just printed on the base material S is dried before the base material reaches the next printing unit. Therefore, a heat and moisture removing device 56 is provided in adjacent relation to the impression cylinder 26.
