Abstract:
To obtain a new substance effective for prophylaxis of food allergies and having inhibitory effects on intestinal tract permeation.
An intestinal tract permeation inhibitor of allergens comprises a tryptophan ester, a phenylalanine ester or tyrosine ester as an active ingredient. The inhibitor comprises a peptide composed of 2-5 amino acids and comprising at least the one tryptophan, phenylalanine or tyrosine as the active ingredient. Furthermore, an extract from a spice is contained as the active ingredient.
