Abstract:
To provide a testosterone gel formulation containing a novel active ingredient to effectively treat male subjects who are diagnosed with testosterone deficiency such as hypogonadism.SOLUTION: The inventive method involves local depositing intranasal testosterone gels topically into the nasal cavity of each nostril, to deliver a therapeutically effective amount of testosterone in smaller volumes, for providing constant effective testosterone brain and/or blood levels over a dose life, for use for testosterone replacement therapy, especially for effectively treating males in need of testosterone to treat hypogonadism.SELECTED DRAWING: None
