This ingredient comprises two end members (42A and 42B) and two connecting members connecting the two end members (42A and 42B). It has a cut for insertion of a specillum. The end members (42A and 42B) are formed with a pipe shaped material having blind ends. Both sides of the connecting members are more flexible than its middle part and the end members (42A and 42B), and have an outer diameter smaller than that of the end members (42A and 42B).
