Abstract:
To provide a new composition expectable of preventive effect for people anxious about blood glucose level, excellent in processibility and of a solid, a fluidic solid or a syrup state liquid.
An inulin complex formed as a solid, a fluidic solid or a syrup state liquid by adding to inulin, a solution dissolving one or more saccharide, a fruit juice and/or a vegetable juice, and an inulin complex production method for producing a solid state or a fluidic solid state obtained by mixing water or an aqueous solution of saccharide or the like with the inulin, are provided. Thereby, various forms of foods and medicines, containing inulin, can be provided.
