PURPOSE: To provide a coldproof and waterproof garment excellent in the qualities of being waterproof and keeping warm by constituting the garment of an inner layer material in which cloth having small surface friction resistance is accumulated in layers on the human body side of a resin sheet having holes that penetrate from the surface to the back.
CONSTITUTION: As for an outer layer material A, any material having the quality of being permeable to humidity, the quality of being waterproof and the quality of being hard of combustion can be used. As for an inner layer material B, a resin sheet 3 having holes that penetrate from the surface to the back is used. As for the resin sheet 3, a product such as the one in which holes penetrating from the surface to the back are provided in addition at a resin foam body manufactured so that independent air bubbles may be formed or a resin foam body manufactured so that continuous air bubbles may be formed, is utilized. Also, in terms of the qualities of keeping warm and ventilation, the existence of many smaller holes is desirous. As for cloth having small friction resistance, taffeta, tricot or the like consisting of a synthetic fiber filament system can be named for example.
