Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate search processing for instructing delivery in warehouse work, to reduce an index area of inventory data and search logic, and to decrease the amount of managed data.
SOLUTION: The inventory managing system comprises a step for setting a retrieval pattern that is a search condition at the time of delivery from a warehouse about each kind of commodities and producing a search pattern master; a step for receiving any of the retrieval patterns registered in the search pattern master in regard to a stored commodity; a step for receiving commodity information about an item required for at least the search condition and producing an inventory master on the basis of the retrieval pattern assigned to the commodity; and a step for setting the search condition on the basis of the retrieval pattern assigned to the commodity, searching the commodity information stored in the inventory master, and registering information of delivery from warehouse.
