PURPOSE: To present a more profitable method for cost account and the evaluation of stock amount by calculating and storing a stock amount in accordance with plural evaluation methods based on cost information and displaying its list.
CONSTITUTION: A warehousing information update part 2 prepares the records of a stock quantity, a warehousing amount and the unit price of standard sales, so as to add it to a stock history information file 4 (S2) and updates a stock quantity, a stock sales price, an average unit price and a stock cost rate in a cost control information file 6 (S3). On the other hand, a delivery stock update part 8 subtracts from or adds an allowance to the warehousing history information file 4 by the portion of a delivery quantity based on delivery information (S12), adds the record of the delivery quantity and a delivery unit to a delivery history information file 5 based on delivery information (S13) and updates the stock quantity, the stock price, the average unit and the stock cost rate in the cost control information file 6 (S14). Then, the stock amount calculation part 9 respectively calculates the stock amount in accordance with the evaluation method.
