Abstract:
To enable electricity to be stopped should a machine be inverted.
A bread making machine is so designed that a variety of electric parts, such as a stirring motor 9 for rotating a stirring blade 5 provided in a bread making pot 4 and a main heater 10 for heating the bread making pot 4, are connected to a secondary circuit connected via a transformer to a primary circuit connected to a power supply in a casing 2. A mercury switch 20A which is opened by the inversion of the casing 2 intervenes in the primary circuit.
