Abstract:
To provide an inverter controlled pulse heat power source capable of performing accurate temperature feedback control.
In the inverter controlled pulse heat power source, soldering is carried out by making an electric current flow to a heater tip using an inverter control method, wherein the power feeding to the heater tip is carried out such that the energization and suspension are repeated with prescribed time intervals. The power source is characterized in that the temperature of this heater tip is measured within the suspension time, particularly, at the end thereof.
