Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize an inverter system, to improve assembly workability, and to suppress influence of space noise of a power supply circuit on a control circuit in the inverter system.SOLUTION: An inverter system 1 includes: a power module 2 for driving a motor; a capacitor 3 for smoothing voltage to be applied to the power module 2; a driving substrate 4 having width wider than the capacitor 3 and arranged between the power module 2 and the capacitor 3 to generate a gate voltage to be applied to the power module 2; a control substrate 5 electrically connected vertically to a circuit mounting surface 40 of the driving substrate 4 oppositely to one end face 31 of the capacitor 3 to supply a control signal of the power module 2 to the driving substrate 4; and a power supply substrate 6 electrically connected vertically to the circuit mounting surface 40 of the driving substrate 4 oppositely to the other end face 32 of the capacitor 3 to supply electric power to the driving substrate 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
