Abstract:

To provide an inverting machine that can invert an object mounted on an inverting table and can recover the inverting table without needing power from the outside.SOLUTION: An inverting machine includes: an inverting table 10 that loads and inverts an object B on it; a pivotal shaft 13 that pivotally supports the inverting table 10 in a pivotable manner; and a jack part 30 that recovers the inverting table 10. The inverting table 10 includes: a loading face 121 that loads the object B in an initial condition I; and an inverted face 122 that loads the object B inverted in an inverted condition R. The pivotal shaft 13 pivotally supports the inverting table 10 so that the loading face 121 in the initial condition I is disposed farther toward the +Z direction side than the inverted face 122 in the inverted condition R. The jack part 30 includes a fluid operation jack 31 that deforms from the initial condition I to the inverted condition R following the pivot of the object B by the self-weight, and recovers from the inverted condition R to the initial condition I by the object B lowered in the inverted condition R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
