Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a simple accurate machining method for the inward bending method of a post-formed facing.
CONSTITUTION: A facing 1 is bonded with a core, a groove section reaching to the facing while crossing the core is formed, the core is inward bent by heating a section near the groove section, a fixing material (a) is disposed at a corner section, and a synthetic resin 6 is injected into a space section surrounded by the facing 1, the core and the fixing material (a) and cured and joined.
